Insurance
Many health insurance and employee benefit plans offer partial or full coverage for counseling services. Coverage varies, so it’s best to confirm details directly with your insurance provider before your first appointment.

Our office can help clarify your benefits and, if needed, provide documentation for reimbursement.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and schedules change. However, because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed without notice—will be billed at the full session rate.
A credit card is kept securely on file for processing no-show or late-cancellation fees in accordance with our updated policy.
