Areas of Focus

Complex Trauma Treatment
Trauma shapes how we see ourselves, others, and the world. I work with clients who have experienced early attachment injuries, emotional neglect, or repeated relational trauma—helping them understand the patterns these experiences create and develop new ways of relating and healing. Treatment draws from interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care to support integration and lasting recovery.

Couples Counseling
